Karighan O'Connor

Karighan O’Connor joined Equitable Advisors in 2023 as an Operations Specialist in the Cherry Hill, NJ office. In 2025, she transferred to the Bala Cynwyd, PA office to join the Karr Barth Associates, Private Client Group Advisors team. Karighan’s knowledge of internal processes and systems assists in streamlining the firm’s operations. Her background in Salesforce and digital marketing allows our advisors to maintain client records & communications in a modernized and simplified manner. Karighan holds her FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, providing a more in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.   

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends & family. Karighan & her fiancée Christian share a Chihuahua-Terrier pup named Jackson, with whom they go on regular hikes and feed lots of treats (Ben & Jerry’s pup cups are his personal favorite).
